Welcome back to your monthly dose of the O.C. Blog, voted #1 Blog of All Time — by me, of course. First off, a huge thank you to my loyal fanbase of two dedicated readers. Without you both, this blog would be nothing.
The Wait Is (Partially) Over!
It finally happened — we opened our brand-new Premiere Auditorium!
Our OCX Theater now features:
Heated massaging recliners
Cozy love seats for two
Epic D-BOX motion seats
I’ve been hyping these for a while, but now that I’ve actually tried the D-BOX seats… all I can say is: “Whoa.” Seriously, I don’t think I can watch a movie any other way now. My past descriptions didn’t do them justice; this is something you have to experience yourself. We’ve had guests of all ages test them out, and the reaction has been pure, childlike excitement every single time.
Right now, just one premiere theater is complete, but stay tuned, we expect three more to open within the next week or two!
New Kitchen Menu: Next-Level Delicious
Our kitchen menu just got a major upgrade — and let me tell you, the food is actually really good. You might think, “Oh, he’s just saying that because he works there,” but no. I would never compromise my good… goodish… decent reputation with my Movie Mates. I took a vow as a journalist to bring you the cold, hard facts. And the fact is: I want to eat great food on my lunch break too.
Here’s a taste of what’s cooking:

Fun fact: Wake Up Dead Man is the latest Knives Out mystery from Netflix — and we’re one of the only theaters in town showing Netflix films on the big screen before they hit streaming. (Note for the record: Big Screen > Small Screen.)
